Return Eligibility Criteria
You can request a return or exchange if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

The product is in its original condition with tags intact

The request is raised within the eligible return timeframe
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Timeframe

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be eligible
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.
Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchange Options

We offer size or product exchanges, subject to availability

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternative product

Exchanges follow the same eligibility and return timeframe rules
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos or videos of the issue
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Used, washed, or damaged products (unless defective)

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost

For other returns (size or preference issues), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
