Refund policy

At Zivtee, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and honest return or exchange process.


Return Eligibility Criteria

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • The product is in its original condition with tags intact

  • The request is raised within the eligible return timeframe

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Return Timeframe

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.


Refund Process & Timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note that bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.


Exchange Options

  • We offer size or product exchanges, subject to availability

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternative product

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility and return timeframe rules


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Used, washed, or damaged products (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • For other returns (size or preference issues), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer

Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
